ABOUT US  

Strength Unlimited, founded in 2013 by Head Coach Luke Shakespeare.

Luke began coaching powerlifting after falling in love with the sport a few years earlier. From humble beginnings with a small team based in Sydney Australia, the Strength Unlimited team now spans across Australia with a number of international clients as well.

The Strength Unlimited difference comes from a comprehensive understanding of the physical requirements to build strength, combined with a coaching model that allows our coaches to spend the 1-on-1 time reqired with all our clients to set them up for success.
